Gypsy is a very hairy yorkie, who is wearing a collar with no tags. She has no teeth, so her tongue hangs out most of the time. She is also partially blind and partially deaf. She's around 12 years old, about 4 lb, with black, brown and gray hair. She is microchipped, but it is not currently active. She is probably a huge mess with all the rain and mud the last few days. She is very sweet, but will run if chased.
