We lost our dog at our new home and we could find her. The only thing we could do is hope that someone would of found her verse something worse. I ran across this ad and thought we have nothing to lose and with walking up and down the streets in a new area we were feeling hopeless. It was a quick turn on the email and faxes, i got an example of the call then after an 1.5 hours I started receiving emails with people saying they have more information. The last one that came in. I called and the person on the other end said we have your dog. We found her on the street and she has a harness if that checks out we're close. The people came and dropped our dog back at our house. I can't put into words how relief we are and thankful to find our dog when we were prepared for the worse. This service was quick and honestly I couldn't believe how fast she was found.
