FOUND on March 12, 2022 in Spartanburg County, SC 29316 near N Hill Dr, Boiling Springs, SC off Parris Bridge Rd Description: 2 small dogs found together in Boiling Springs. One is a White/cream/tan colored Shih Tzu with a black and orange collar and also a small black dog with white fur around his face wearing a red collar. When found, the black dog had a black leash still attached.
