Very sweet dog. Found her walking by herself near Echo Park Lake - stayed with her for 15 minutes but there was no owner nearby. She had no collar. I took her to the vet (to scan for a potential chip), but there was no chip. The vet also confirmed that she is currently in heat. Please reach out with any leads!
