Stella has been missing/stolen since 2/21 around 4 p.m. She's an 8 year old Chihuahua/Pug mix. She's mostly white with a little brown on her ears. Her ears are mostly down, other times they stick straight up. She's deaf in one ear, walks a little awkward due to having arthritis in her back legs. She has a small bladder so she must be walked occasionally. She rarely barks but does whine a little.
