Pet Description:

Finnegan is a year and a half old brown tabby with black stripes, black spots on belly and dark brown/black on bottoms of paws. We literally had just parked the car after moving from MN, he got spooked and ran under my car, wiggled out of his harness and took off. Got close to him a couple times but he ran from me. He does not have his harness, color or tag on and is not chipped. I have posted signs and on numerous social media/web sites. He is my ESA and I am heart broken that he has not return
