UPDATE AS OF 2:00 PM ON FRI, JAN 7 - Took him to the vet. Unfortunately no chip. I'm boarding him there while we look for his owner. If no owner comes forward, he'll go to a great local rescue. Has been roaming Pine Highland Apartments off Hwy 28 East for a couple days. Very skittish, but was able to catch. Very sweet! He is safe.
