My dog Buddy went missing around 2am Friday morning and I haven't found any trace of him in the neighborhood. I think it very likely someone may have picked him up thinking he was a stray as he didn't have his collar on, and has spotty rashes over his hindquarters due to ragweed allergies (hence the no collar; he recently got a bath with special skin medication from the vet).
