He was STOLEN so he not currently wearing the black harness and red Kansas City Chief collar we had on him. He was spotted in town on December 7th around Cherry and South 3rd and 4th Street. At that time he had a black collar and red leash on him but he was running free. He may also be being Called “Cupid” by a previous owner. He does recognize both names. He had been ABANDONED after a house fire and we have had him for 7 months before previous owner showed up and STOLE him. I have vet papers to
