Pet Description:

Timid beagle who loves all manner of treats and is extremely gentle. He is playful and possibly wearing a red invisible fence collar by PetSafe. He was last fed by us on 11/2, and let into the back yard to potty at about 3pm. The fence collar must have not been working because that was the last time we saw him. He may have another dog with him as well who is large and black. Homer is very friendly but not neutered.
