Pet Description:

Sage escaped from our camper here in torrey off of Beas Lewis Flats Rd. He is roughly 30lbs, a kelpie, black and brown markings, and has his rabies tag (#31252). He is very skittish as we rescued him from an adoption center only a month ago but not aggressive.
