Stolen so he could be anywhere. Black and white Shih Tzu. Intact male. Not microchipped. Has screws and plate in front right leg from a previous broken leg so may limp a little at times. Not sure of age. He belongs to my elderly father, but he’s probably around 8-10 years old.
