Ozzy had gotten in a car accident with his owner around 10:00pm on Sunday , September 26th, and is nowhere to found. We found the car which is where he last was down the street from Baxter avenue exit bridge in Knoxville Tennessee . He is very friendly. He is black with a white patch on his neck and belly. He has a black leash and collar on. Please bring ozzy home
