Small German Sheppard, mostly black, seemed a black collar. Moving slow, in & out of bussiness. Got in road once. Looking for food, Looked just a little rough. Can get near but ignores even with food , just turns & walks away slowly. Called Non EMG Police, said they would go out there, please check Dog Rescue Organizations they may of taken it to.
