Toebe is a pure bred pit bull that is just over 1 year old; he was not wearing his collar. Our family is all he’s ever know since birth. He has a mild personality and does not like to fight. His bark is deep and raspy. He all black with white under his neck and on the tips of his paws. He has never been away from home so we know he’s hungry and scared.
