Riot was last seen in Leavenworth at the Safeway parking lot with a blonde female and a short round man. They were driving a 2014 brown Nissan SUV, that is not their dog and they are aware of that as they were confronted already and fled the scene. We think they live in Seattle or around that area. Do not notify them about you knowing they have the dog, call Mitch please and the police and take a picture.
