Toby is a small dog I groomed about 18lbs 4 years old.off white or white in color. He is very shy and easily scared but friendly as well. He left with no collar or tags but he is microchipped and neutered. He also has a small blue dog on his lower belly near private area. Please help us to bring Toby home we miss him so much
