Brown with short legs. Frank is missing from the auto accident on i64 East near Exit 227 in Toano. He was seen running into the woods at the accident and was tracked by scent up to Route 30 (Barhamsville Rd) between Sonehouse Industrial complex and Anderson's Corner. He may have been picked up by a motorist. He had a teal collar with paw shaped tag that has his name and owner's number engraved on it.
