He's a blue heeler by mom and border collie by dad. Puppy. About 3 and a half months old. Looks like a puppy border collie and shows a bit of blue heeler spots on his under belly. He had a collar but between him and my other dogs they chewed it off, so he's out without a collar or a chip. He's very friendly but likes to chase cars so maybe he might chase yours.
