No collar or halter but he is chipped, black and tan Chihuahua Minpin. Age 3 1/2 years, weighs 6 pounds. A brand new rescue just up from North Carolina on Tuesday, escaped from my home and is now searching for me! Approachable, tiny. Cappy is on left in image.
