7lbs, 13 y/o toy poodle, microchipped and wearing a green collar. Is incontinent, has early onset cataracts, arthritis in his hips, and a mole above his left eye. Last seen in front of the house- we think he chased a rabbit or chicken into the woods and got lost or confused. He is skittish, you will have to grab him.
