German Shepherd I think he's male not sure there's no visible tags he is wearing a small black harness and is wandering around the WinCo parking lot on 122nd and Portland Oregon as if he's looking for his owner he wanted to go with me but I have my own dog with me who is freaking out in the car. I left him some of my dog's grain-free Blue Buffalo dog food a big pile. He seems a little nervous a little scared but very very friendly.
