Lochte (Lock-tea) is a mixed breed from what we believe to be half Pomeranian and half Chihuahua, Pomchi, however, is a little bigger than both breeds. Lochte weighs around 10-12 lbs and has dirty blonde/golden hair with dark brown eyes. Lochte was last seen wearing a red harness. We believe Lochte was intentionally targeted and stolen.
