“Sylar” is a friendly 12 y/o Japanese Chin. He will approach anyone and come to his name. He has some hearing and sight troubles but can still see/hear. He is very hyper and playful! He is grumpy around unfamiliar dogs but kind to all other animals. He wandered off this morning after going potty outside.
