He is a Black and Tan chihuahua mix. He isn't wearing his collar but had a choke chain on. He has a blue line on his belly form where he was neutered I believe (he's very protective of that area though) and has a long, chunky tail. He has two snaggle teeth on the bottom of his mouth. He is a very anxious dog and does not like new people or strangers, and is scared of men and people wearing hats and beanies.
