This dog is chipped and is named Sage. He's a cute little Yorkie. It seems well taken care of. It was walking on Elgin this morning trying to live his best life while being chased down by several drivers who had stopped traffic because he likes to live life on the edge. I caught him, but nobody-including the neighbors who were standing outside knew who he belonged to. He helped me drive home safely though so that I could help him find his hoomans.
