He left with a neighborhood German Shephard playing in the snow and hasn't made it back home. If you see him please contact me. Description: Cooper is a yellow lab around 2 yrs old and weighs 85 pounds. He's wearing a bright green & silver collar and his tags are missing from his collar. He is neutered and was born with a deformed tail. (It looks like it has been chopped off and is probably 4 to 6 inches long)
