Our Yorkshire Terrier, Alex, went missing on Saturday, January 9th in the afternoon/evening from our alleyway on the 4000 Block of Teesdale Street between Frankford and Erdrick. Our alley runs along the Rite Aid parking lot fence. You can see our alley thru the Rite Aid fence and we think someone saw him and thought he was lost and picked him up.
