When I saw him, he was walking in the middle of the highway, exhausted and starving. There was no tag, so I don’t know his name. Very kind, sociable and trained dog! Housebroken, not neutered. White line on the face and big white spot on the chest. He’s now in Birmingham, AL at the GBHS Animal Control facility.
