His hair is much longer now than in the photo. He is an older white/grey shih tzu mix with an adorable under bite. Neutered. Microchipped. I imagine he's a mess after being in the rain for a few days now. The fireworks spooked him on NYE. I should have known better than to let him outside. He can be skittish, but is very sweet.
