Blue merle Australian Shepherd puppy, almost six months old now. One blue eye and one brown eye, light grey with black spots, tan and white. Front paws are white, with one paw having less white than the other paw. May be in the northern part of San Francisco; sighted with homeless people but he could have been sold or run away and on his own.
