Pet Description:

Newly adopted, 1 year old, Blue Heeler Mix. He was previously called Harley (shakes when you call him that) He is sweet and very timid. He was neglected, never socialized, never been to the Vet. His tail was broken as a puppy and is permanently crooked. He was surrendered to the animal shelter. He is very, very skittish and runs away from all humans! He dug out of the fence and we couldn't catch him. He has been fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. So worried about him!
