FOUND DOG- Female Shih-Tzu- 72nd & Joplin area. On 9/17, we found a small white with black/brown female Shih Tzu on her porch around 72nd and Joplin. She took it to a vet and she doesn't look to be chipped. She is very well behaved so I am sure somebody is missing her. She is taking care of her but would love to find this girl her owner. Reply back to me if you are the owner or know who is the owner.
