Our dog got away from our dog sitter today around 3 or 4 pm. Their house is on upper state near La Cumbre. She’s a three-legged black and white dog, 37 pounds, named Winnie. She’s a border collie and jack Russell terrier mix. She is really sweet, just a runner. She’s not aggressive towards people or other dogs.
