Lost Dog CHICAGO, IL

  Reunited on 09/09/20
Having lost my dog downtown Chicago, I was guilt stricken with fear for my small dog and her ability to survive in such a massive city. After the first day of searching, walking over 17 miles myself, I realized that given that Chicago is one of the largest cities in the world, and my dog was one of the smallest, I needed help. I needed to contact people that would understand, look, give advice, and show sympathy for what I was going through. Dog people/animal lovers. It takes a team and many eyes on the ground to find that needle in the haystack, and lostmydoggie.com provided an avenue to reach out to such people. From posting signs created by this website, to them reaching out to others in a way I could not have done so quickly, the word was out. It does not replace the hard work and manpower that you the owner must continue to do, but it certainly acts as a bridge to help guide you recover your pet as quickly as possible. We ultimately found our little puppy 9 days from when she went missing and couldn't be happier. We thank lostmydoggie.com for their role in finding our dog. It takes a team, so start building one immediately.
