Pet Description:

Found a sweet juvenile boy (maybe 3-4 years aged) in the road. Medium length coat, mostly black, with a white patch on his chest. Had three collars on, but no tags. No chip either. He has been delivered to the Ripley County Humane Society, despite being found in Decatur County.
