Tipper is a young male Red Healer. He is very skittish. He was let out to go potty and bolted. Has been spotted near the fair grounds in tygh valley and also near the tygh valley store. Last seen by a police officer at about 3am Sunday morning the 16th. Owner is distraught and just wants her dog to come home.
