Pet Description:

Chacho is a 2yr black chow about 50lb. He was recused from horrible treatment and conditions. He has been with new family for 4 weeks before bolting out of house with his harness and leash on. He is very fearful and timid. Not aggressive. If you see him, please call Dwight at 423-335-9782 or Regina at 423-943-5589. Do not chase unless he goes into a back yard and shut the gate.
