Pet Description:

Medium sized, possibly mixed with German Shepard (has German Shepard face marking). White chest, tan belly, black back and tail. Rest of his body is brown. Wearing an Oklahoma Sooners collar with a red bow tie. Has his name and my phone number on the tag (but has been known to be able to take it off). Has never ran away before - recently moved to Waco area. He is skiddish around people and gets nervous easily. More than likely scared.
