Pet Description:

Small brown dog, his tail curls upward. He was wearing his grey mesh collar. I was told by a resident of my neighborhood a family in a blue mini van picked him up and asked around for the owner. I don't know who they are or where they went. I've called the shelter but they have not turned him in.
