Pet Description:

Little Chihuahua sized brown and black dog wondering around my yard. Full of mange and looks to be blind in at least one eye. Friendly but in really sad shape. Animal service won't pick dog up until morning and we have coyotes out here. I want to help dog but I have my own dog that I can't afford to get mange. My heart is breaking for this poor little thing.
