Pet Description:

Small shih tzu like breed approximately 10-14 lbs. Fluffy coat white and brownish. He may attack if approached but will calm down. The leash he had on was pinkish or redish and had a loop hole with shipping tape around it. He was lost on 4/20 likely in the afternoon.
