Does anybody recognize this good boy? We found him tonight near Sam Houston High School. Please reach out to let us know if you recognize him. He's friendly to kids and other pets. Is obviously well-cared for, but has no collar on. He likes to chase a ball and doesn't like pictures to be taken of him.
