Sparky is all white, bichon mix, neutered, approx 17lbs and 5 yrs old. He is microchipped. He went missing from Deforest St in Rotterdam, and was last sighted on Hamburg St running towards the Altamont ave side. Went missing 2/27 at 8pm, and no new sightings since that night
