Bumi is a white/tan/brown/grey tabby siamese cat. He is neutered, microchipped, and declawed in his front paws. He cannot meow well and it sounds more like a faint squeak as if he has lost his voice. He is very friendly and warms up to people who pet him but he is also very skittish.UPDATE: he has been seen through a security camera on Shangrila Ln at 4 AM on Dec 28
