Pet Description:

Male, young, light/white blonde colored mixed dog with KONG collar and leash still attached and dragging with him. Scared, but not aggressive. Please help us find this sweet boys owners. We think maybe after the holidays he was on a walk and got lost from family or during the fireworks. Please help!
