Pet Description:

Small black and white mix, looks like Chihuahua/dachshund possibly, very sweet half the time and very mean the other half. Has very bad anxiety and food aggression. I took him in yesterday around 5 and he was super sweet until about midnight and he sort of transformed. Just trying to get him home. No chip or tags.
