Phoebe is a 13 years old shihtzhu/maltese and weighs 11 lbs. She is mostly white with black markings on her ears, eyes, and body. She was recently groomed and she has a few noticeable warts on her hip, tail, and shoulder. She had on a black collar with green and orange trim. Unfortunately she did not have her tags on.
