Last Saturday around 7pm, friends of ours found this dog on Bernal, near Santa Theresa. I just learned about it and wanted to post to some groups in the hopes we'll find her owner before they take her to the shelter. She is not chipped (they took her to the urgent care vet in that area). Any help / tips? I'll pass it along to them!
