Pet Description:

Medium sized golden retriever with a red plaid collar and a retractable leash that's also red. He has tags. He's just under a year old and isn't neutered yet. The retractable leash is still attached to him as far as we know. He got spooked and broke loose from our grip and ran into the woods bordering the prairie river not far from the bridge on Filmore Rd.
